Stallari’s local search index for vault content. Lens combines a full-text index (FTS) with an embedding-based semantic index built via MLX-Swift inference.

Skills query Lens to retrieve vault context relevant to a workflow without crossing a network boundary. Lens is local-only — embeddings, FTS, and graph neighbourhoods all live on the user’s disk. The substrate keeps a watermark per source so reindex jobs respect power state and integrity invariants.
