Agent

A persona declaration shipped by a pack. Carries a prompt, a tool surface, a model tier requirement, and metadata that determines how the runtime invokes the agent.

Distinct from a skill: an agent is the who, a skill is the what they do. The same agent can run many skills; the same skill can be run by different agents. See also operator — the long-running role agents instantiate.
